See the three technology levels →Where bookings slow down
Most travel businesses do not lose enquiries because the trip is wrong. They lose them in the gap between enquiry and itinerary.

Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, Google, Facebook and referrals — with no single view.

Price, hotel, flights, meals, transfers, cancellation, visa and availability — answered by hand, daily.

Copy the old document, change dates, hotel and cost, export a PDF, send it on WhatsApp. Repeat.

The traveller asks today. The follow-up happens three days later, if someone remembers.

Hotels, flights, taxis, activity providers and guides live across inboxes and spreadsheets.

Payment, vouchers, documents, flight details, pickup, reminders and support — all by hand.
The goal is not more travel software.
It is fewer manual steps between enquiry and departure.
The complete travel journey
Twelve stages between a search and the next booking. One traveller, one connected journey.
One traveller, one journey
Twelve stages · one traveller recordThree levels of travel technology
The right level depends on how you actually sell. Starting at the wrong one costs money twice — once to build it, and again to work around it.
Level 1
The traveller browses packages and enquires; your team builds the itinerary and handles the booking. Right for most small and mid-size tour operators.
Level 2
Most custom operatorsThe journey becomes digital, but the advisor stays in it. Itineraries, quotes and payments move online; judgement stays human.
Level 3
For businesses that genuinely need live inventory — search, availability, live pricing, instant booking and cancellation.
API availability, inventory access and commercial terms depend on the selected supplier.
Destination experience
A traveller decides where to go before they decide what to buy. Destination pages should answer that question properly, then hand them to the right package.

Destination, hotel, experience and traveller galleries all draw from one media library.
Package management
One structured record per package — and one place to change a hotel, a rate or a departure date without editing six documents.
The traveller changes the trip; the price follows, without a new PDF.
Destination & package content
Structured destination and package records — better for the traveller, better for search, and readable by AI answer engines.
Smart travel enquiry
Ask only the fields that matter for the trip in question, and the first reply can be an itinerary instead of four more questions.
Enquiry · Bali, December
RoutedEvery enquiry keeps its source — website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone or referral — so you can see what actually produces trips.
Itinerary builder
A reusable library of destinations, hotels, activities, transfers and day plans — so the tenth Bali itinerary takes minutes, not an afternoon.
Every version is kept, so "the price we sent last Tuesday" is a record rather than a memory.
The traveller's itinerary
A web itinerary they can read on the way to the airport — with the same content available as a branded PDF when they want to print it.

Day 1
Meet at exit B · 45 min to hotel · check-in 14:00

Day 2
09:00 pickup · guide included · lunch on own

Day 4
Speedboat · lunch included · back by 17:30

Day 5
Optional add-ons bookable from My Account
Quotation engine
Costs build from the same components the itinerary uses, so a hotel change updates the price instead of starting a new spreadsheet.
Approval can happen online, so "yes" is recorded against a version rather than sitting in a chat.
The same package can carry B2C, B2B, agent and partner rates, with commission or markup applied per agreement rather than per email.
Multi-currency & multi-language
What the traveller sees, what you charge and what the supplier invoices are three different numbers. The platform keeps them separate — and says it in the traveller's language.
Either live conversion shown as an estimate, or fixed prices you set per market.
Reports keep supplier currency, rate and converted cost — the difference between a real margin and a guess.
Visa, cancellation, insurance, legal and refund content is never auto-published.
The same Bali package can run as an INR campaign in India, a GBP campaign in the UK and a EUR campaign in France — different language, currency and messaging, one central package record.
Quotation & payment journey
Each step triggers the next one — the reminder, the receipt and the voucher stop depending on who is at their desk that day.
Approved to travelling
Six steps · every one recordedCash and transfers made outside the gateway are entered against the same booking, so the balance shown to the traveller is always the real one.
Traveller My Account
Trip status, payments, itinerary, hotel and flight details, vouchers, documents and emergency contacts — open at any hour, without asking your team.
Sample dashboard · illustrative data

4★ beachfront · 7 nights
Passport, visa, ticket and insurance uploads carry access rules, retention periods and an audit trail — designed in, not added later.
Documents, pre-departure & vouchers
Everything the traveller needs, and everything you need from them, tracked in one checklist instead of a chain of reminders.
Sensitive documents are never publicly addressable, and retention rules are set per document type.
Available in My Account, and sendable by email or WhatsApp as a single pack.
Travel API integration
Integration is a decision, not a default. Many custom-tour businesses perform better with a strong enquiry, itinerary and assisted-booking workflow than with an OTA engine they never fill.
Search, offers, availability, booking and status.
Property details, availability, rates and booking.
Airport transfer, private car and taxi partners.
Tours, experiences and attraction tickets.
Major providers expose partner and developer APIs for selected inventory and booking functions. Access depends on provider approval and commercial arrangements, so integration scope is confirmed during discovery rather than promised up front.
What happens after the enquiry arrives
Hotels, transporters, guides, activity providers, restaurants and local DMCs — with contracts, seasonal rates, confirmations and payables that reconcile.
FIT and group rates sit side by side, so a quote uses the right one automatically.
Group tours, agents & partners
Seats, rooming and manifests on one side; agent rates, commissions and referral attribution on the other.
Manifest exports for the coach, the hotel and the guide, generated from the same list.
Bloggers, influencers, corporate partners and past travellers use the same referral model.
Automation & AI
Messages fire on real events. AI drafts and summarises from your approved content. Anything that can be wrong in a costly way stays with a person.
Third-party WhatsApp and messaging usage is charged by those providers, separately from the platform.
Never generated by AI
Live fares, hotel availability, visa guarantees, cancellation rules or booking status. Those come from the system of record, or from your team.
Offered as an add-on with usage-based pricing.
Consent and preference management built in. Frequency is a setting, not a habit.
Automation supports human travel expertise. It never makes the judgement calls.
Pipeline & analytics
The CRM supports the journey rather than being the product — and the numbers it produces are about trips, not vanity metrics.
Sample dashboard · illustrative data
Also: top destinations, most-viewed packages, enquiries by source, drop-off stage, salesperson performance, device, country, currency and language.
Selected website plans include 12 months of complimentary Filari CRM access under the applicable offer. After that period the standard subscription applies, and advanced CRM functionality is quoted separately.
You own your business and traveller data. The CRM software, framework and source code remain Filari intellectual property.
Changes, support & repeat travel
Trips change, things go wrong at 2am, and the best next booking usually comes from the last one.
Every change keeps its history, so the final invoice can be explained months later.
Support requests are logged against the booking, not lost in a personal phone.
Honeymoon this December becomes an anniversary enquiry next December — if someone remembers. The system remembers.
Reviews you can stand behind
Reviews are requested from completed bookings and rated by planning, communication, hotels, itinerary, guide, transport and overall experience. Text, photo and video are all accepted; ratings are never fabricated.
Existing systems
If your accounting, gateway or booking engine already does its job, the new platform should talk to it rather than demand its removal.
Imagery & media library
Destination, hotel, activity and traveller galleries all draw from one tagged library, so an approved image works across a package page, a campaign and an email.

Country, city, destination, package, hotel, activity, season, traveller type, campaign, photographer, usage permission, alt text and archive date — so nothing is published outside its rights.
Specialist experience
The traveller is not buying a flight and a hotel. They are choosing a destination, a project, a cause, a duration, a community, accommodation, support and safety — so the platform has to carry a deeper journey.
Country, city, project type, duration, start date, age, price, accommodation and experience required.
Choose program → apply → eligibility → application fee → confirmation → My Account → documents → program payment → pre-departure → flight → airport pickup → program → review.
Pre-departure is the stage most platforms skip, and the one participants remember.
Reviews, trust & safety content
Structured reviews for holidays; deeper structured feedback and published policy for volunteer and youth programmes.
Review requests are triggered by completed travel, so only real travellers can leave one.
Published as policy with a review date. No unverified claims that a programme is "ethical" or "safe".
Content that earns the enquiry
Clusters built around how people actually search, written from first-hand knowledge rather than summarised from other people's pages.
No thin pages built purely for a keyword — every page has to be worth landing on.
Each article links to its destination, a package and an enquiry — the point of the writing.
Structured data covers Organization, WebPage, BreadcrumbList, Article and FAQ where valid — never invented ratings.
Building the website is only step one
A monthly partnership focused on discovery, content and conversion — from ₹20,000 per month, with the scope agreed each month.
We do not guarantee bookings, and there is no "unlimited" marketing. The work makes your travel products easier to discover, understand and enquire about — then improves the journey with what the data shows.
Filari experience
Our travel experience comes from years of building and operating real digital travel journeys — travel websites, programme discovery, enquiry flows, booking systems, traveller accounts, payments, pre-departure workflows and the operational tools behind them.
15+ years of travel industry experience
Beyond website design: the operational journey behind travel, from enquiry and itinerary creation to payments, traveller communication and post-booking support.
Where work was performed by team members while employed elsewhere, it is described as team experience rather than as a Filari project. Client names and logos appear only where the relationship and permission are verified.

Case study format
How a build is scoped and delivered. Published case studies use verified client work only — no invented booking or revenue figures.

Enquiries across four channels, itineraries rebuilt by hand, pricing in spreadsheets, payments chased by memory and traveller documents spread across email.
Results are published only where the client has verified them. Where the work predates Filari or was delivered under a previous employer, it is described as team experience.

Websites, content & itineraries
Destination and package content, a smart enquiry flow, itineraries, pricing with clear inclusions and exclusions, reviews, and an obvious path from research to enquiry or booking.
A website presents and captures interest. A booking platform also carries the journey — itinerary, quotation, payment, documents and traveller account — after the enquiry arrives.
Yes. A reusable library of destinations, hotels, activities, transfers and day templates, with drag-and-drop days, markup, versions and branded output.
Yes. The same itinerary renders as a mobile-first web link and a branded PDF, and each send is tracked as a version.
Yes. Quotes carry status — draft, sent, viewed, approved, rejected, expired — so approval is recorded against a version instead of a chat message.
Payments, portal & documents
Yes. Deposit, instalment, balance and add-on payments through UPI, card, net banking or gateway, with offline entries recorded against the same booking.
Yes. My Account holds trips, booking status, itinerary, payments, receipts, hotel and flight details, vouchers, documents and emergency contacts.
Yes — passport, visa, ticket, insurance and identity documents, with verification status, expiry tracking, restricted access and an audit trail.
Yes, with display currency and settlement currency stored separately, plus supplier currency and FX rate kept for accurate margin reporting.
Yes, with crawlable per-language URLs, hreflang, localised metadata and sitemaps, and a language switcher rather than IP-based redirects.
APIs, suppliers & B2B
No. Many custom travel companies convert better with a strong enquiry, itinerary and assisted-booking workflow than with a full OTA engine.
Yes, subject to provider contracts, partner approval and technical access. Scope is confirmed during discovery.
Yes, where an approved provider exposes the required search, offer and booking functionality for your market. Universal GDS access is never assumed.
Yes. Seasonal rate periods, room and meal categories, child and extra-bed rates, net and commissionable rates, blackout dates and cancellation terms.
Yes. Agent accounts carry their own rates, markup or commission, quote requests, bookings, invoices, payments and reports.
Automation, AI & growth
Yes — enquiry acknowledgement, itinerary and quote notifications, payment reminders, booking confirmation, pre-trip messages and review requests. Provider usage fees are separate.
AI can draft from your approved hotels, activities and templates. Live fares, availability, visa eligibility, cancellation rules and booking status never come from AI.
Yes. Destination and package SEO, seasonal campaigns, demand-based landing pages, Google Business, reviews, email and WhatsApp, analytics and conversion work — from ₹20,000 per month.
No. Filari improves the digital experience, discoverability, enquiry process and operational execution. Actual bookings depend on the travel product, pricing, market demand, competition, sales execution and other factors.
The journey behind the journey
Great travel businesses are built on experience, relationships and memorable journeys. Technology should make those journeys easier to discover, book and deliver.
