Yes, where the requirement is genuinely simple — typically one to three pages, a contact form, WhatsApp, social links and a basic SEO and analytics setup. It suits individual professionals, trainers, artists and small local businesses. It does not include e-commerce, logins, CRM, LMS or custom automation.

Product catalogues, customer logins, payment gateways, quotation flows, dynamic content, multiple user roles, API connections, automation and CRM-ready workflows all add design, development and testing work. Content depth matters too — more pages written properly costs more than fewer pages written properly.

Yes. Travel sites often need destination and package structures, dynamic itineraries, quotation requests, seasonal content, enquiry routing, lead management and sometimes booking or supplier APIs. That moves the project into the advanced range or into a custom build.

Yes. Depending on scope, that can mean a basic LMS integration on an advanced website, or a full custom build with batches, admissions, student records, assessments, certificates and fee collection. It is priced on the workflow you actually need, not per feature name.

On eligible projects, yes — through our Flexible Website Ownership Plan. You make an initial payment and spread the balance over an agreed period, while hosting and website care remain included. It is a project payment structure agreed directly with us, not a loan, and Filari is not a lender.

Because it includes three things the standard price does not: deferred payment over an agreed period, hosting for the duration, and extended website care such as security updates, backups, monitoring and reasonable content changes. The total is higher than the upfront development price for that reason.

No. It is subject to eligibility — an operating business, identity verification, an initial upfront contribution, a signed agreement, a payment mandate where applicable, and Filari approval. It is also limited to selected project types.

Yes. You always own your domain, your customer data, the content you provide and your business information. Website code and project rights are handled according to the signed project and payment agreement.

Maintenance and technical upkeep: security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, performance checks and reasonable text or image changes. It keeps what exists working well and current.

No. Care and support cover maintaining and updating what has been built. New features, new pages beyond the agreed scope, new modules or custom functionality are quoted separately.

It is the entry monthly plan, from ₹20,000. It covers website maintenance and minor updates, basic CRM and lead tracking, on-page and local SEO support, Google Business Profile support, review collection, content assistance, analytics with a monthly summary, and a monthly growth conversation.

Certain agreed activities are, and the depth depends on the plan. Essential covers on-page and local SEO support with recommendations. Plus adds more active SEO along with AEO and GEO work. Pro goes deeper. Advanced SEO beyond the plan scope is available as an add-on.

It depends on the plan and the agreed monthly activity scope. Essential includes limited content assistance and campaign suggestions rather than full social management. Plus includes social planning, selected posts and campaign creatives. Full social media management is an add-on.

No, unless explicitly quoted. Campaign management can be included in a plan or added as an add-on, but the ad spend itself is paid by you directly to the platform, so nothing is marked up.

WhatsApp integration — click-to-chat and enquiry routing — is included from Essential. WhatsApp automation using the Business Platform, with acknowledgements, follow-up workflows, reminders and review requests, is included in qualifying plans or available as an add-on.

No. WhatsApp Business Platform usage and third-party messaging charges are billed separately based on actual usage. We set up and manage the workflows; the platform charges for the messages.

No. Filari provides technology, strategy, systems and ongoing execution support. Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond any agency’s control — your market, pricing, product, competition and how your team follows up. We would be cautious of anyone who promises otherwise.

Yes, subject to plan terms. Most businesses start on Essential and move up when the systems are in place and there is more to execute. You can also move down or pause, within the agreed notice terms.

Yes. Add-ons exist precisely so you are not paying for things you do not need. You can add WhatsApp automation, advanced SEO, social management, paid campaigns, advanced CRM, review management, an AI assistant, LMS, e-commerce extensions, email marketing, a mobile app, custom automation or content production.

It is our Design Partner programme. Selected clients work with our product team while we study their real workflow — existing sheets, lead process, follow-ups, reports and staff usage — and configure or develop an evolving industry system around it. Their feedback shapes the product, and the core platform stays common while industry workflows are added as modules.

No. Complimentary pilot access is offered only to selected eligible Growth Lab participants, for a defined promotional period and subject to availability. It is not free unlimited custom software, it is not guaranteed for every client, and it is not automatically part of any paid Website or Growth Plan.

Norevi is an independent business discovery, reviews and reputation platform being developed to help customers find quality businesses and choose with confidence. Eligible Filari businesses may receive a profile, portfolio, review visibility and promotional opportunities on it.

No. A Filari commercial relationship does not automatically improve a business’s organic rating or Trust Score on Norevi. Sponsored visibility is labelled separately, and paid promotion is kept independent from organic reputation by design.
