What do you need?
Different goals need different websites.
Open any card for the structure, what it suits and where it fits commercially.
A website can look good and still not work well
Visitors shouldn't have to work hard to understand your business.
Unclear headline
Says what you are, not what you do for anyone.
Too much text
Three paragraphs before a single useful fact.
Generic service descriptions
Could belong to any competitor.
Weak CTA
"Contact us" at the bottom, once.
Slow on mobile
Where most of the traffic actually is.
No trust signals
No evidence, no names, no proof.
Poor navigation
Visitors guessing where things live.
Forms nobody completes
Nine fields for a first enquiry.
No WhatsApp or booking path
The one thing people wanted to do.
Disconnected from sales
Enquiries land in an inbox and stop.
No analytics
Nobody knows which page does the work.
No SEO structure
Invisible to the searches that matter.
A better website starts with clarity —
not animation.
The five-second test
A visitor decides in seconds. Here is what those seconds actually look like.
Research puts the first visual judgement at roughly 50 milliseconds — faster than a blink — and gives a homepage about three to five seconds to earn the next click. Run the simulation and watch the same visitor land on two versions of the same business.

What the research actually says
The numbers behind the five-second rule.
Published findings, not our estimates. Each row names its source.
| Finding | What was measured | Why it matters to your website | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 ms | Time taken to form a first visual judgement of a web page — the rating at 50 ms closely matched the rating at 500 ms. |
Before a single word is read, the design has already argued for or against you. Layout, contrast and clarity do that work. | Lindgaard et al., Behaviour & Information Technology, 2006 |
| 17 ms | Google research found some visual opinions form even faster, favouring low visual complexity and familiar layouts. |
Unconventional, complex hero sections are a risk. Familiar structure reads as credible. | Google research, replicating Lindgaard |
| 75% | Share of users who judge the credibility of an organisation on the basis of its website design. |
For a professional or regulated business, the site is a credibility document before it is a marketing asset. | Stanford Web Credibility Project |
| 94% | Proportion of first-impression feedback about websites that is design-related rather than content-related. |
You cannot write your way out of a confusing layout. | Design-related first impressions, widely replicated |
| 3 – 5 sec | How long a homepage typically gets to communicate what it is and why it is relevant before the visitor decides. |
This is the window the five questions have to be answerable in. | Homepage engagement research |
| +32% | Increase in bounce probability as load time rises from 1 second to 3 seconds. |
Clarity does not matter if the page has not painted yet. Speed is part of the message. | Google / Chrome UX Report |
| +90% | Increase in bounce probability from 1 second to 5 seconds — and +123% at 10 seconds. |
The curve is steep and non-linear. The first two seconds are worth more than the next eight. | Google mobile speed study |
| 53% | Share of mobile visits abandoned when a page takes longer than three seconds to load. |
On mobile — where most first visits arrive — half the traffic never sees the hero at all. | Google / SOASTA |
| 8% → 38% | Bounce rate at under three seconds, compared with bounce rate at five seconds. |
A two-second difference can multiply your bounce rate several times over. | Page-speed bounce study |
| +8.4% | Retail conversion lift from a 0.1-second improvement in mobile load time; lead-generation form completions rose 21.6%. |
Performance work is conversion work, not just engineering hygiene. | Deloitte / web.dev, Milliseconds Make Millions |
| LCP ≤ 2.5s | The Core Web Vitals threshold for a good largest-contentful-paint experience. |
This is the target we build against, not an optimisation bolted on afterwards. | Google Core Web Vitals |
| ≈ 60% | Share of global web traffic arriving on mobile devices. |
The five-second test has to be passed on a phone first, on a real connection. | Global traffic share |
Figures are drawn from published industry and academic research and are quoted as context, not as a promise of results for any specific website. Your own numbers depend on your market, offer and traffic.

If any answer takes hunting, the problem is positioning — not the hero animation.
Journey before pages
We design the journey before we design the pages.
Website development is the core service. CRM, WhatsApp automation, AI and advanced workflow integrations are separate layers unless the package says otherwise.
Visitor to customer
Seven stages · one journeyStrategy, content & design
Before we build pages, we understand the business.
Discovery covers
The output decides site architecture, navigation, content, UX and technology — in that order.
Say less. Make it easier to understand.
Avoided: generic corporate copy, keyword stuffing, AI filler, long introductions and claims that cannot be verified.
Design that explains
Animation earns its place by explaining a process, a transformation, data or a journey. Decoration does not.
Designed for the screen your customer actually uses
Every page is planned for mobile from the beginning — not squeezed down from a desktop layout at the end.
Landing page conversion system
Turn campaign traffic into a clear next step.

What gets tracked
Smart forms
Not name, email, message. A conditional form that arrives useful:
Submissions can go to email, CRM, a webhook, analytics and a WhatsApp acknowledgement — according to the implementation you choose.
WhatsApp, CRM & CMS
Let visitors continue the conversation where they're comfortable.
WhatsApp — two different things
Optional automation add-onWhatsApp automation, an AI front desk, CRM conversation sync, automated responses, booking, payment links and follow-up workflows are a separate paid service — not the same thing as a WhatsApp button.
Website → CRM
Don't let good enquiries disappear into an inbox.
CMS built around your content
Only the content that actually changes gets a CMS field. Unnecessary complexity is a maintenance cost, not a feature.
SEO, performance, accessibility & analytics
Build the search foundation into the website — not after it.
Technical SEO foundation
No meta keywords. No invented "AI SEO tags". Rankings are never guaranteed.
AI search readiness
No magical markup is required because AI search exists. What helps is the same thing that always helped: clear entities, direct answers, real service definitions, evidence, FAQs, tables, case studies, visible company information, crawlable content and relevant structured data.
Performance targets
Avoided: a giant video hero, unnecessary libraries and heavy animation on every section.
Accessibility & analytics
Part of implementation, not an afterthought.
Meaningful behaviour only — no unnecessary sensitive data collected.
Integrations
Connect what works. Build what is missing.
Multilingual — optional
Sensitive or legal content always gets proper human review before it is published in another language.
Industry changes the journey
Your industry changes what the website has to do.

Technology, ownership & care
Clear ownership. No confusing fine print.
Technology, chosen not chased
The stack follows the requirement. Trend-chasing is somebody else's problem to maintain.
Ownership
Website and CMS code ownership may transfer after full payment as defined in the agreement, subject to third-party licences. Filari-owned SaaS products such as Filari CRM remain Filari intellectual property.
Two different thingsWebsite ownership is not the same as software-as-a-service access. Both are stated separately in the agreement.
Website care
Not called "unlimited free support", because it is not. Redesigns, new modules, major content work and third-party costs remain separate.
Flexible ownership
Where commercially offered, eligible businesses can spread the website investment over an agreed period. It is not a loan or an EMI product — ownership transfers under the contract once the agreed payment conditions are met. Final terms depend on the approved proposal.
Investment
Start with the website your business actually needs.
Indicative pricing. The final figure depends on pages, design, content, CMS, forms, integrations, animations, SEO architecture, data and custom functionality.

Beyond a website
Optional add-ons
None of these is automatically included with a website. Each is scoped and quoted on its own, and third-party provider costs are separate.
The website is the foundation
Launching the website is not the end of the digital journey.
Optional growth partnership
Paid media spend and third-party costs are separate. There are no guaranteed rankings, leads or revenue — Filari improves the website, the customer journey, the technical foundation and the growth execution.
Case studies
Each published case study covers the business, the problem, what was built, the technology, how the journey improved and any verified outcome.

Questions
What businesses ask before starting.
Twenty answers on scope, cost, timelines, redesign, SEO, WhatsApp, CRM, ownership and what is actually included.
Scope & cost
01What is the difference between a website and a landing page?
A website represents the broader business across multiple pages and journeys. A landing page is built around one audience, one campaign and one conversion goal, with navigation deliberately removed.
02How much does a professional business website cost?
Simple requirements can start around ₹10,000 – ₹15,000. Professional business websites commonly begin around ₹25,000 – ₹50,000. Advanced and custom projects are scoped separately.
03How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on pages, content readiness and integrations. A focused site can move quickly; a large architecture with custom functionality takes longer. We give a timeline with the proposal, not before.
04What should a professional business website include?
Clear positioning, real service explanations, evidence, mobile-first design, a working enquiry path, technical SEO structure and analytics — at minimum.
05Can you write website content?
Yes. Content strategy and writing can form part of the agreed scope.
Build & technical
06Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. We audit first and identify what should be retained, improved or rebuilt — including protecting existing rankings through redirect mapping.
07Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Mobile usability is a core requirement, planned from the first wireframe rather than adapted at the end.
08Will the website be SEO-friendly?
It can be built with a strong technical foundation — clean architecture, crawlable content, semantic markup and appropriate structured data. Rankings themselves are never guaranteed.
09Can you build multilingual websites?
Yes, with crawlable language URLs, hreflang, localised metadata and a language switcher. Sensitive or legal content gets human review.
10Can you maintain the website after launch?
Yes, according to the selected website-care or maintenance scope — technical fixes, basic updates, security and compatibility maintenance and monitoring.
Connections & automation
11Can a website connect with WhatsApp?
Yes. A basic WhatsApp CTA with a pre-filled message can be included in the website. Advanced WhatsApp automation is a separate paid add-on.
12Can website enquiries automatically enter CRM?
Yes, through appropriate integrations, carrying source, campaign, page and service interest with the contact.
13Is Filari CRM included?
Eligible website packages may receive complimentary access according to the applicable offer. Filari CRM remains Filari-owned SaaS software — access is not the same as ownership.
14Can websites include booking systems?
Yes, connected to services, availability and reminders where the project needs it.
15Can websites integrate payment gateways?
Yes, depending on the provider and your business model.
16Can we add an AI chatbot later?
Yes. AI functionality is an optional usage-based add-on and can be added after launch.
17Can Filari build custom functionality later?
Yes. Accounts, portals, dashboards and custom business logic sit in the custom-platform scope and can follow the website.
Campaigns & results
18Can landing pages be built for advertising campaigns?
Yes — campaign-specific pages with tracking, conversion events and A/B variants where useful.
19Who owns the website?
You own the domain, provided content, brand assets and business data. Website and CMS code ownership may transfer after full payment as defined in the agreement, subject to third-party licences.
20Do you guarantee enquiries?
No. Filari improves the website, customer journey, technical foundation and digital growth execution. Business results depend on the offer, market, competition, traffic, reputation and sales process.

easier to understand — and easier to choose.
